From Fantastickkay & Leftypem  comments on Discogs:

"A psychedelic Monkees compilation without Daily Nightly or Writing Wrongs??  Great songs, as always, but a bad compilation, given the theme. The band had far more "psychedelic" material than what is on display here, and if its focus was on the "Summer of Love" then it should have stuck to tracks from '67. Good music, but an inconsistent theme."

Categorically, but I agree that the compilers of this series of Rhino have a strange approach to the thematic content of collections. However, in any case and in spite of, this does not make this album boring and  inedible. The music is excellentю And with our little addition  makes collection even better...
