Passaty - Zazdrości świat szesnastu lat (2024) @ Flac

After very long preparations, a CD with the COMPLETE archives (and more) of the Passaty band appears.
   This group, popular in the mid-1960s, has never released its "own" album, and the only professional recordings of the group that have survived to this day are the nine compositions that begin the album, recorded in 1967 at Studio PR at ul. Myśliwiecka.
  For those who associate the band only with the famous Góralka, we can assure you that their lesser-known compositions, such as: New Dawn Dawns, Kłopoty z telefonem, or Jealousy World of Sixteen Years, present a much more energetic, almost rhythm and blues side of the band.
   The next four concert recordings show an even more lively face of the Passats. Perhaps some people today will slightly complain about the technical quality of these records, but the performance side is real dynamite. If anyone has heard this semi-amateur recorded material before, they will not believe how great it sounds now.
   In addition to thirteen "period" recordings, the album also includes an extensive fragment of a concert played by Passaty years later in 1987 in Tychy, and a new song (although written in 1967) prepared especially for this release - Pogoda.
   The entire material has been very carefully remastered, edited, and in some places also remixed.
   Another album in our catalog that should undoubtedly be included in every serious big beat collection.
   27 recordings, over 72 minutes of music!!!

    Really nice beat group, great dicovery for me. The 1987 tracks still have their 60s feeling too. Thank you very much.
