Sorry Guys My Computer Has Crashed!!!
One of My HD Has Gone.
I Heard a Brrrrrrr Then a Crunch sound Then All Was Blank. Luckely it wasn't Mu Main Drive..Now ill Try and recover these files and put on a new drive.

My worst nightmare....I've got dual backup HD's and I still worry about it. Y'know...power surge from aliens, tsunami, running out of Cheetos. Life is hell. I hope your recovery is successful to the max!
