The Snap Shots - Hip-Hip Hurray (Single 45) (Belgium) 1968

Continuing The International Singles Collection is......

The legendary song “Hip-Hip Hurray” from THE SNAP SHOTS (b.w. ”You Made A Big Mistake” Vogue VB 109) is considered as one of the top-songs from Belgium’s sixties artists.
Hard rocking with lots of fuzz “Hip-Hip Hurray” reminds of the wild energy that was made on the other side of the ocean by bands like The Stooges. Just as many bands from the early days they seemed to be gone up in smoke, right after this release. In 1996 “Hip-Hip” was re-released on a compilation album “The Big Freeze” (Dodecaphone 001)

Enjoy.
