This is an extremely rare 45, the second record of Tommy James (just before Hanky Panky was released on Snap Records based out of Niles, MI).

    Thank you very much friends. I could also find this song. But "Penny Wishing Well " just elusive ... Very little information, not in any of the collections ... No links.
